Waking up is actually really, really hard. Emily regained consciousness as the sun began to come up. Groaning, she put her hand to her head; a vain attempt to forget that it was the morning. After ten minutes of feeling really guilty about not getting up, Emi got up and cleaned her teeth. She pulled her hair off her face and her shirt on backwards.
Emily raced down the corridors and slid the banisters all the way to the Dining chamber. Ignoring the splendour she heaped a plate full of baked beans, bacon, eggs and thick toast. Sliding onto a cold bench was the worst part but the hot food made it all worth it. She waffled down the food so fast that she almost choked twice. After seconds disappeared and her hunger finally quelled, she noticed her surroundings.
When she had arrived the hall had been empty apart from the three house elves on morning duty. Now more early risers were tricking into the hall. She could spend ages socialising because classes weren't for an hour.
(OKAY! SO I HAD DONE A POST AND THEN MY COMPUTER WENT FUNNY AND I LOST IT!!! GRRRR...SO HERE I GO AGAIN!)
For some strange reason Athena had woken up very early in the morning. The reason could've been because her pheonix, Dusk, was snoring or maybe that something in the bathroom was going drip drip. Perhaps it was the tap or the shower nozzle making the noise. OR MAYBE EVEN because she wanted BM to start up again and wanted to be the first to know when or if Nicole has come back or ever will come back.
Athena crawled out of bed, literally, and got up to ther feet and went over to the wardrobe. She pulled on a random shirt and pants, luckily ending up putting on a pair of denim jeans and a plain, boring black t-shirt and not a piece of clothing that looked like it came out of a hippogriffs backside (well, that's what the pair of khakis her mother bought her last Christmas look like).
Athena gave Dusk some pheonix food and then headed down to the dining chamber. She really needed to get to her Mirror Writing Homework for science, so she decided to end the post quickly by saying that she went to the dining hall and saw Emi there. She went over and sat down next to her. "Hi," she said and took a piece of toast. "How are you?"
(I know!! I had to write mine twice too! (no kidding) this thread must be jinxed...)
"Hi," Emily smiled and shuffled her bum a bit to give Athena some more room. She half listened to her friend whilst she stared into space. "I'm doing great... you're up early! You OK?" She commented.
"I was thinking that it'd be fun to hang out with everybody at the lake later. I'm stealing some food specially!" Emily was excited. She had plans for a fun night... going hyper on sweets and playing truth or dare were definately on the to-do list.
(In English atm. Am goin to do this quickly, so if its short, sorry.)
"I'm fine," Athena replied before stuffing her mouth with food when Emily asked her how she was because she was up early. She swallowed, "just hungry," she said. She looked around the Dining Chamber at all the students, not that there was any, but perhaps there were some cute guys? She finished her piece of toast and took some egg and bacon. "Cool," Athena said when Emi told her about having everyone hang out at the lake. "So...it'll be like a party?" She asked.
"Yea! Course I am! I'll bring Dusk, my Phoenix, as well," Athena said. She was quite annoyed by the one liner post. Of course, Emi was sick and probably had some sort of headache and couldn't think, but Amsie/Athena/Myself was close to death herself, choosing to post in the middle of English class and had rushed through it because if by any chance the teacher HAD seen her on Beautiful Magic then something wicked this way would've come. ANYWAY! Enough of OOCing in the IC. Athena herself also hoped that there would be someone else who would come to spice up their life...well...just make it more entertaining than it was at the moment. As neither of them evidently had nothing to say.

"Awesome, I'm gonna go, spread the news!" Emily promptly jumped up and ran off because she didn't want to reply here anymore. Procrastinating got old...
